Why is personality development important for students?

 For students, development happens due to multiple factors like

1. Upbringing at home (Parents)
2. What is seen and heard from the surrounding locality where student resides
3. Through schools
4. Students own signature

As students are quick leaners and intelligent observers, knowledge about personality development, if imparted in schools through various means will go a long way in positively impacting students like for future.

Looking back, i have always wondered that the knowledge about behaviour, emotional intelligence which I got in my life, hope I had known it earlier.

Career success or rather the quality of life a person lives depends more on EQ (measure of emotional intelligence) than IQ (Report card). Personality development goes a long way in improving students chances of success that comes handy to his studies.

2. Dining etiquettes
3. Managing differences
4. Managing changes
5. Building quality relationships
