- Stop judging people on the basis of how they look.
- Do not consider others as superior than you nor inferior than you.
- Whenever you get upset or angry, ask a question to yourself. Is the event making me angry or the way i interpret the event is making me angry. If the second choice is true then try changing your outlook towards events that disturb you.
